Miserable place. I challenge you to find the staff smiling and the floor manager is even worse. The culture must be really bad. Any attempt at having a joke with the staff is cut down straight away and treated as if customers are being rude.

Everything about this hotel is superb. We needed a dog friendly hotel and it certainly is that. But that's not to say that any guests without dogs are aware of them as certain areas are understandably out of bounds to dogs.
There are plenty of food places to choose pizza hut i would recommend , and you can have a nice day or evening bowling, but the service is terrible, you will be waiting for a lane and getting told wrong lanes from staff.Also cinema in there is good .
Come here quite regularly. Nicely hidden under the madness of broad Street. Nice relaxed atmosphere with very polite staff They have my favourite beer (Staropramen) on tap too.
Absolutely brilliant. Usually we do partner events in London. Usually the issues surrounding this are tricky location, expensive parking and congestion fees....with the Edgbaston Stadium it was so easy to find, plenty of free parking, welcoming staff, brilliant location with access to presenting in a professional space looking over the grounds.
Run down place no staff to serve customers drinks and food. The lift out of order for the past7 months and no repair in sitio have to 3 floors to poker room and back down to smoke room all the time.

It's been a long time since I used this hotel, it's not as good as it used to be, the service has definitely gone down hill. The parking is a nightmare. What's happened to the concierge, a distant memory. There are much better hotels in Birmingham now. Disappointing.
Walked round the outside of the West,Raglan & Family Stands to access the north side of the ground where my seat was,in the Stanley Barnes Stand. As it was such a hot early evening i was glad for the water dispersers and though the concourses are mostly open (except the South Stand) there click here was plenty of space for food & drink huts around the boundary walls which still left a good amount of room for people to move around and get to their seated areas. With a majority of the ground bieng open seating a fully unobstructed view of the pitch was on offer however i would point out the Upper Tier of the Eric Hollies Stand does contain a number of slim supporting roof angles and a row of more substantial columns near the rear which will likely cause a big obstruction of the field of play. Having said that,the modern 3D online ticket purchase system should also show up these columns so you know in advance what view you will have. Photos enclosed from my visit.
